Project Managment: Tenant Specs, Seven Dials

During the build of a 23,000 sq ft food hall in central London, we worked as the prime PM for all user requirements for all tenants across the site.

Working with all 21 tenants in an intense 8 week period. Adapting the original Architects drawings and working through with each tenant's kitchen design company we determined and cost controlled each tenant coming in and building the required kitchen and serving area. Communicated all design changes to the build team and input on design for long term activity.

We worked through power / water issues, extraction, kitchen layout, signage placement and installation and all other aspects of 21 different unique trading requirements.

The pinnacle was the installation of a sushi conveyor belt that was installed with large cheese fridges to house a variety of english cheese.
